T.Z Autohouse LLC ("TZ Autohouse," "we," "us") rents luxury vehicles in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. This policy explains what information we collect through tzautohouse-exotic-rentals.com and our rental process, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a booking or photo shoot request, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the car and dates you're interested in, your delivery or shoot location, and anything you write in the message box. You also confirm whether you are 25 or older and have full-coverage auto insurance.
Information for verified rentals. Before a rental, we ask for a copy of your driver's license and proof of insurance, and we collect payment for the rental and security deposit. These are shared directly with us by text, email or our payment provider, not through this website's form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to understand how visitors use the site, measure our advertising, and show our ads to people who have visited. These tools can collect details such as your device and browser type, pages you view, buttons you tap, and the approximate location of your internet connection.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, confirm availability and arrange your rental or shoot
- To verify your eligibility to rent, including your age, license and insurance
- To process payments and security deposits
- To contact you by call, text or email about your request or rental
- To protect our vehicles and business, and to resolve disputes
- To measure and improve our website and advertising
We don't send you marketing texts without your permission.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as Formspree (which delivers form submissions to our email), our website host, our payment provider, and Meta and Google for analytics and advertising
- Insurance companies, if there is an accident, damage or a claim involving a rental
- Law enforcement or government authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our vehicles or someone's safety, including in cases of traffic violations, tolls or citations during a rental
Your choices
- You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us by contacting us below. We may keep some records when we need them for a rental agreement, a claim, or legal or tax reasons.
- You can control ads you see from us through Meta's ad preferences and Google's ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep booking requests and rental records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, insurance and tax obligations, then delete them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please share license and insurance documents only through the channels we give you.
Children
Our rentals are for adults 25 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
